Help Needed
Fort De Soto Location on Saturday, April 25 11:00-3:00-ish
Everyone who is able to is asked to bring a dish to share along with any needed serving utensil.
We need:
Grill managers for tending the charcoal grill and cooking hamburgers and hot dogs for the crowd.
Charcoal briquets and grill tools
Someone who can bring a large cooler with soft drinks and water bottles on ice.
Treasure Island City Hall Location on Saturday April 25, 6:00-9:00
We need:
Music playlist (on Spotify, Apple, etc.) and means to play it (such as iPhone) at the pizza party.
Help Offered
In the course of corresponding with classmates about our reunion, several have offered to send money towards our event expenses or to offer help with venue acquisition, food selection, signage, locating classmates, etc.

Sunrise Motel is holding a block of rooms for our reunion group. If you want to stay on the beaches this is likely the best option. There is free parking onsite which is now a rarity on the beach. Cost is $150 per night plus taxes and a resort fee. You are urged to call and reserve a room now. Only a few rooms left at this discounted price!
